About ZUMBA®

AttentionAll Zumba classes are designed for over 12 years old.

However, at Zumba Toning classes - To use the toning sticks, you have to be at least 16 years old. If you are under 16 years old, you can still take Zumba Toning classes but without the toning sticks.

The Masala Bhangra Workout®

The Masala Bhangra Workout® is an Indian-dance based fitness program.
This workout was created by Sarina Jain who has Indian parents and born in America.
She introduced The Masala Bhangra Workout® in 1999, since then this new style exercise has been expanding to all over the world!
